SIAL Paris 2024 was the premier global food and beverage industry event. It was celebrating its 60th anniversary from October 19-23, 2024, at Parc des Expositions Paris Nord Villepinte. Sial is one of the world’s largest food innovation fairs. It features over 7,500 exhibitors from 130 countries, showcasing thousands of products across categories like frozen foods, organic, dietary, and gourmet products. The event highlights include the SIAL Innovation competition, featuring 1,800 new products, and specialized conferences through SIAL Summits, focusing on themes like AI, sustainability, and supply chain trends

World Food Fair is also a leading trade fair for food and beverage. In 2024, the fair was held from 3 to 6 September 2024 at the Tuyap Fair Convention and Congress Center in Istanbul, Türkiye. This annual event is a significant platform for the food industry, especially within the Turkish and Eurasian regions. Organized by ICA Events and supported by various industry associations, the expo attracts a wide array of international food and drink producers, retail buyers, wholesalers, and representatives from the Turkish food sector.

This year’s exhibition is expected to host over 1,000 exhibitors from 38 countries, with key product categories including packaged foods, meat, dairy, seafood, fresh produce, beverages, and organic options. The event also features live food demonstrations, cooking shows by expert chefs, and numerous networking opportunities with international buyers, particularly beneficial for companies aiming to enter Turkey’s growing food market.
