Based on these facts, we have a great option to add to our menu. If you can’t get kiwi fruit but still want to benefit from it, kiwi concentrate is a great alternative.

Kiwi Concentrate Production
We produce this product by clarifying, purifying, and evaporating (concentrating) natural kiwi juice, which we obtain by cleaning, selecting, crushing, and squeezing fresh, healthy, ripe, and solid organic kiwis through a series of steps. Kiwi juice concentrate can be used as part of a sauce or dressing. Another option is to add water back to the kiwi concentrate so that it returns to its normal volume when it reaches its final purification stage. It offers the same taste and aroma as fresh organic kiwis.
Production Process:
- Harvesting: Our workers harvest the ripe kiwis. After entering the line, fully automatic machines wash and clean the fruits.
- Peeling: Mechanized equipment removes the outer skin of the kiwi before juicing its inner part, in the same way as used for NFC juicing.
- Dehydration: The kiwis are placed in a dehydrator, which crushes the fruit to extract the juice.
- Filtration: The juice is filtered to completely remove the seeds and pulp.
- Concentration: The juice is heated to evaporate most of the water and increase the concentration of flavors, sugars, and nutrients. This also results in a rich, concentrated liquid that is six times the concentration of regular juice. But a fraction of the volume, making it much easier to transport and store.
- Packaging: The concentrate is cooled and packaged for storage and distribution.
Kiwi Juice Concentrate Packaging
Royal Food produces its juice concentrates in long-life Tetra Pak packaging. After reconstituting the juice and undergoing a rapid heating process that is highly effective in preserving maximum flavor and nutritional properties, it is packed into a seven-layer packaging roll called pre-packaged sterilized packaging.
The entire process is carried out in a sealed and sterilized packaging container, preventing the growth of any bacteria in the packaging and increasing its shelf life.
Currently, most efforts are being made to ensure that the juice spends the least amount of time in the heating process during the production and packaging process. This method helps to provide the consumer with the best juice concentrate in terms of taste, aroma and nutritional value.
